The infantry National Standard with the "Baton Rouge" honors is most impressive and will be used as the dust jacket for the regimental history. Even though the regiment was authorized to add "Bisland" and "Port Hudson" battle honors to their flag (this is mentioned in the ORs), it was never done. (Mike Martin)
